Job summary

EAST SUN Electronics is seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional in Maharashtra to manage shipment documentation, purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and tracking shipments. You will prepare documents for letters of credit and cost sheets, and coordinate with overseas buyers, CHA, freight forwarders and shipping agents.

This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle documents submitted to banks and regulatory authorities, plus monthly and annual reporting.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and ability to prepare invoices, packing lists, tracking shipments and cost sheets.
• Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders and shipping agents regarding shipments.

Responsibilities

• Documentation of shipments to ensure compliance with customs rules and regulations.
• Placing purchase order to respective supplier as per the requirement given.
• Preparing Invoices, packing List, tracking Shipment, Letter of credit, Cost Sheet
• Coordination with Overseas Buyers, CHA, freight forwarders & Shipping Agents regarding shipments
• Handling documents and submission to Banks, DGFT, etc.
• Dealing with Banks for the documents related issues, payments issues, handling Exchange control requirements etc. 7. Coordination with Accounts team for the payment follow-up of CHA and Freight Forwarders and Custom duty payments.
• Create monthly and annual reports and documentation.
• Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders & Shipping Agents regarding shipments and immediate joiner.
