THE Choice Group is seeking an experienced EXIM Manager to oversee end-to-end export and import operations for a seafood-export business. The role focuses on timely shipments, regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination with shipping lines, customs authorities, freight forwarders and stakeholders.

The candidate should have 10–20 years of EXIM experience, strong knowledge of export documentation and procedures, and be adept at handling temperature-controlled

Qualificações

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Logistics, International Trade, Commerce or a related discipline.
• 10 to 20 years of relevant experience in EXIM operations, preferably in seafood/food export.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, international shipping and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in handling reefer containers and temperature-controlled export logistics will be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end export and import operations including shipment planning, documentation, customs clearance and delivery coordination.
• Handle export documentation including invoices, shipping bills, certificates of origin, health certificates and other statutory documents.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHA agents, port authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs and other applicable export regulations.
• Monitor shipment schedules, container availability, transit timelines and logistics costs.
• Coordinate with production, quality, finance and sales teams to ensure timely dispatches and documentation readiness.
• Track export incentives, claims, statutory filings and related regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and MIS reports, and proactively resolve operational issues.
• Provide leadership and guidance to members of the EXIM team.

Key Responsibilities
