Choice Group is seeking an experienced EXIM Manager to oversee end-to-end export and import activities for its seafood business. You will ensure timely shipments, accurate documentation, and strict regulatory compliance across DGFT and customs processes.

Lead a dynamic EXIM team, collaborate with production, quality, finance and sales, and drive cost-efficient logistics, with a focus on reefer shipments and on-time delivery to global customers.

Formación

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Logistics, International Trade, Commerce or related field.
• 10-20 years of EXIM operations experience, seafood/food export preferred.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, international shipping and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with reefer containers and temperature-controlled export logistics advantageous.
• Good coordination, negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end export and import operations, including shipment planning, documentation, customs clearance and delivery coordination.
• Handle export documentation, including invoices, shipping bills, certificates of origin, health certificates and other statutory documents.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHA agents, port authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs and other applicable export regulations.
• Monitor shipment schedules, container availability, transit timelines and logistics costs.
• Coordinate with production, quality, finance and sales teams to ensure timely dispatches and documentation readiness.
• Track export incentives, claims, statutory filings and related regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and MIS reports, and proactively resolve operational issues.
• Provide leadership and guidance to members of the EXIM team.

Eligibility & Experience

• 10-20 years of relevant experience in EXIM operations, preferably in the seafood or food export industry.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, international shipping and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in handling reefer containers and temperature-controlled export logistics will be an advantage.
• Good coordination, negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills.
