Job summary

Nykaa in Mumbai seeks an experienced export logistics specialist to manage end-to-end operations from India, ensuring 100% accurate documentation and compliance. You will liaise with CHAs, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to optimize transit times and rates, while maintaining strict CDSCO, DGFT, and HS classification standards.

Additionally, you will safeguard cold-chain integrity for reefer cargo, resolve ICEGATE queries promptly, and coordinate with warehouses for value-added services,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in handling export logistics from India.
• Deep understanding of Incoterms 2020, DGFT processes, and export incentive schemes like RoDTEP.
• Familiarity with temperature-controlled shipping (Reefer cargo).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and ERP skills (SAP).
• FEMA regulation understanding.
• Warehouse Operations experience.
• Graduate/MBA with minimum 5+ years of export handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export logistics via Sea and Air with 100% documentation accuracy.
• Negotiate rates with CHAs, freight forwarders and shipping lines to optimize transit times.
• Ensure compliance with CDSCO regulations and HS classifications.
• Maintain cold-chain integrity for temperature-sensitive shipments during transit.
• Resolve ICEGATE queries swiftly to maintain zero-demurrage operations.
• Oversee end-to-end operations including warehouse liaison for value-added services.
• Coordinate with banks on duty drawback and scrips.
• Monitor shipment timeliness and OTIF (On-Time In-Full).
• Ensure smooth customs clearance at Indian ports (JNPT, Mundra, Chennai, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end export logistics via Sea and Air, ensuring 100% accurate documentation (Shipping Bills, Commercial Invoices, COA, COO).
• Liaise with CHAs, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to negotiate competitive rates and optimize transit times.
• Ensure strict compliance with CDSCO guidelines, customs regulations and deep understanding of HS Classification
• Maintain the integrity of temperature-sensitive inventory through robust cold-chain management during transit.
• Resolve customs queries on ICEGATE swiftly to maintain zero-demurrage operations.
• Managing End to end operations ( Liase with warehouse for Value added service on each shipment)
• Checking with Bank on duty drawback benefits along with scrips
• Shipment Timeliness & OTIF (On-Time In-Full)
• Oversee smooth customs clearance at Indian ports (JNPT, Mundra, Chennai, etc.) and destination ports, resolving any queries or holds instantly.
