Job summary

Mittal Electronics is seeking a warehouse operations professional in Sonipat, Haryana to manage day-to-day warehousing tasks for raw materials and finished goods. You will ensure proper handling, storage, and smooth movement of all materials while maintaining strict FIFO and inventory accuracy through regular stock verifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehousing operations for Raw Materials and Finished Goods efficiently.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, identification, and smooth movement of all materials within the warehouse.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Implement and ensure strict compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, if any.
• Maintain proper warehouse records, stock registers, ERP entries, and inventory reports.
• Ensure proper storage, issue, and dispatch of raw materials, components, and finished goods as per approved requirements.
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily work responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure proper manpower utilization, discipline, productivity, and adherence to defined warehouse processes.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, housekeeping, 5S practices, and warehouse best practices.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods as per sales and dispatch plans.
• Ensure proper documentation for material receipts, issues, transfers, and dispatches.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable company policies, statutory requirements, rules, regulations, and warehouse premises bylaws.
• Maintain proper coordination and Supply Chain Management with all concerned internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for improving warehouse efficiency, inventory control, space utilization, and material movement.
