Job summary

Zentiva India is seeking an Executive – Warehouse to manage all warehouse activities in line with SOPs, GMP, and HSE standards. You will oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, coordinate with Finance, Quality, and Supply Chain, and ensure proper documentation and stock accuracy.

The role requires a graduate in science/commerce/pharmacy with a preferred Materials Management diploma, 1–3 years in pharma warehousing, and strong SAP proficiency. On-site position in Ankleshwar, India.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Science, Commerce or Pharmacy with related materials management preferable.
• Diploma in Materials Management is desirable.
• 1–3 years of pharmaceutical warehouse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receipt & Issue of RM/PM and Dispatch of FG.
• Plan and execute receipt, issue of raw materials and packing materials and dispatch finished goods per SOP.
• Coordinate with Finance, Quality, Supply Chain and Procurement for GRNs, sampling, PO amendments and releases.

Also to ensure the upkeep and optimum utilization of Warehouse equipment’s, living Group’s Values and Code of Ethics.**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES****Receipt & Issue of RM/PM and Dispatch of FG**Plan and execute activities related to receipt & Issue of raw and packing materials and Dispatch of Finished Goods as per SOP with optimum utilization of resources.**Co-ordinate**Co-ordinate with Finance, Quality, Supply chain and Procurement and execute necessary steps involved in receipts viz, making of GRNs, Sampling, PO amendments & PO release etc......**Warehouse Maintenance**Implement global warehousing standards and ensure compliance for GMP and HSE requirements. Initiate engineering related work orders in HANA and ensure all get to done on time to time.Carry out day to day maintaining of GMP documents/logbooks and formats whereas applicable.**Statutory Compliances**Ensure compliance to statutory audit requirements and physical stock verification.**Material Planning**Maintain the material receipt and Quarantine area to achieve continuous flow of incoming materials. Track the receipts as per the delivery schedule provided by Supply chain.**GMP requirements**Carry out day-to-day cleaning and housekeeping activities as per the SOP.**Other**Identifying and correcting unsafe conditions or behaviors and promptly reporting other potentially hazardous situations.Carry out destruction of old Warehouse records as per SOP and perform fixed assets mgmt.Ensure entire activities related to scrap management and maintain required document/logbooks.Carrying out any other assignments or projects as per the instruction of the Dept. Head to meet with the organizational objectives and priorities.
