Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking an Executive-Warehouse to oversee receipt and issuance of raw, packing, and engineering materials in a cGMP workplace. The role includes storage, inventory control, and timely goods receipt to production.

You will ensure accurate inventory postings in S4 HANA and the eWMS system, maintain housekeeping, and coordinate with planning, QC and production to minimize slow-moving stock.

Qualifications

• Understanding of cGMP norms and warehouse controls.
• Experience with inventory and material flows in a GMP setting.
• Familiarity with SAP-based warehouse transactions.

Responsibilities

• Receipt and issuance of raw, packing and engineering materials as per cGMP.
• Warehouse management in Raw material section and related transactions.
• Ensure accurate posting of inventory in S4 HANA and eWMS.
• Maintain housekeeping and prepare MIS reports as required.
• Coordinate with Planning/Purchase/QC/Production to minimize slow/non-moving inventory.
