Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is hiring a Warehouse Executive (Pharma) to manage receipt, storage, inventory, and dispatch of pharmaceutical materials in Mumbai's Prabhadevi area. The role requires adherence to SOPs and cGMP standards.

The position is full-time with at least 2 years of experience. You will coordinate with supply chain, QA/QC, production and logistics teams while maintaining inventory accuracy and audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical warehousing is preferred.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.

Responsibilities

• Handle material receipt, storage, labeling, and dispatch.
• Maintain inventory records and practice FIFO/FEFO with stock verification.
• Ensure cGMP compliance and prepare audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate with supply chain, QA/QC, production, and logistics teams.
• Maintain warehouse safety and report discrepancies.
