Job description

• Follow attachment walk in s Vendor Leads, Converting the leads effectively, Supporting Documents collection on time. Maintaining the required files and records.
• Following Vendors Login performance on daily basis. Follow and educate to maintain the Daily Login properly.
• Supporting the vendors towards all types technical supports related to the need.
• Deal with Vendor complaints or issues. Answer the Vendor phone calls and provide assistance share the required information.
• Cab inspection to be conducted on regular basis.
• Support vendor teams with various administrative tasks.
• Report any updates issues that need addressing to the Vendor Manager.
• Uphold and Adhere company policies and procedures.
