Job summary

Novumgen in Vadodara invites an Executive/Sr. Executive for Demand Planning & Supply Chain. You will support end-to-end demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include preparing demand and supply plans, analyzing data, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Production, Procurement, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics, and maintaining ERP/MRP data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain/Operations will be an advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Production Planning, or Operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor demand and supply plans based on business requirements.
• Analyse demand, supply, inventory, and sales data to identify gaps and risks.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Production, Procurement, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
• Monitor inventory levels, product availability, excess/slow-moving stock, and stock-outs.
• Coordinate production planning, procurement, warehousing, transportation, and deliveries.
• Follow up with suppliers, vendors, transporters, and distributors for timely supply and delivery.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Inventory, OTIF, Service Level, and Logistics Cost.
• Identify supply chain issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Prepare MIS, KPI reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Support cost optimization and process improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
• Maintain accurate planning and inventory data in ERP/MRP systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality requirements, and applicable procedures.
