Job summary

Encube Ethicals in Mumbai seeks an experienced Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager Demand Planning to lead forecasting, demand, and supply planning, collaborating with Sales, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure product availability.

The role requires strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with SAP and Advanced MS Excel, with a focus on inventory optimization, MIS reporting, and ongoing process improvements across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• 6–15 years in Demand Planning, Supply Chain or Production Planning.
• Qualification: B.Pharm / B.E. / MBA / SCM Certification.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Cosmetics industry preferred.
• Strong hands-on SAP and MS Excel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage demand forecasts based on customer requirements, historical trends, and business plans.
• Manage B2B customer requirements and ensure timely communication and order fulfilment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure product availability.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenishment requirements, and product supply to optimize stock.
• Analyse demand variations, forecast accuracy, inventory trends, and supply gaps.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports related to demand and inventory.
• Use SAP and MS Excel for demand planning, data analysis, reporting, and monitoring.
• Identify demand and supply issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Support production planning and inventory management activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and planning efficiency.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in demand and supply data.
• Ensure effective coordination and communication with internal teams and customers.
