Job summary

NOVUMGEN in Vadodara, Gujarat, India is seeking an Executive/Sr. Executive to support end-to-end demand planning, supply planning, inventory management and logistics coordination.

You will monitor plans, analyze data for gaps and risks, coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement, Finance, Warehouse and Logistics, and prepare MIS, KPI reports and dashboards in ERP/MRP systems. Experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare or Manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business administration, pharmacy, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain/Operations will be an advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Production Planning, or Operations.
• Pharmaceutical/Healthcare/Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/MRP; Power BI knowledge will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor demand and supply plans based on business requirements.
• Analyze demand, supply, inventory, and sales data to identify gaps and risks.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Production, Procurement, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
• Monitor inventory levels, product availability, excess/slow-moving stock, and stock-outs.
• Coordinate production planning, procurement, warehousing, transportation, and deliveries.
• Follow up with suppliers, vendors, transporters, and distributors for timely supply and delivery.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Inventory, OTIF, Service Level, and Logistics Cost.
• Identify supply chain issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Prepare MIS, KPI reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Support cost optimization and process improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
• Maintain accurate planning and inventory data in ERP/MRP systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality requirements, and applicable procedures.
