Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain professional to lead and drive the development and execution of the S&OP and inventory deployment processes. The role will work closely with commercial, sales, operations, production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure alignment of demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans.

The position requires strong expertise in S&OP, demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on improving business performance, service levels, working capital, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the S&OP vision, strategy, roadmap, and processes in line with industry best practices.
• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the S&OP process.
• Drive alignment between demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and other stakeholders to gather inputs and resolve supply-demand conflicts.
• Oversee demand planning, forecasting, sales trend analysis, and demand-shaping initiatives.
• Manage supply planning, distribution planning, inventory management, and replenishment strategies.
• Optimize inventory levels while balancing product availability, working capital, and service levels.
• Integrate logistics planning and analysis with the overall S&OP process.
• Align operational plans with AOP, category growth, SKU mix, and business profitability objectives.
• Define and monitor key supply chain KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify supply chain risks, capacity constraints, supplier disruptions, and market fluctuations and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Provide leadership with insights on stock availability, supply constraints, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive process improvements, technology implementation, automation, and change-management initiatives.
• Leverage data analytics, AI/ML, and digital tools to improve planning efficiency and decision-making.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a relevant discipline.
• Masters degree/MBA in Supply Chain or Operations preferred.
• 10+ years of overall experience, including at least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning/S&OP.
• Experience in network design, demand forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, and multi-tier distribution environments.
• Experience in B2B/B2C consumer goods/FMCG/FMEG environments will be preferred.
• Proven experience in ERP and Supply Chain Planning tools, with implementation experience preferred.
