Demand Planning Executive

Job summary

Beco is seeking a Demand Planning professional in Mumbai to build SKU-level forecasts using historical data, trends and seasonality. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement and Operations to align demand plans with supply and launch schedules.

You will monitor inventory, track forecast accuracy, prepare MIS dashboards, and ensure optimal stock levels to keep product availability high while minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Demand Planning / Forecasting / Supply Chain / Inventory Planning.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel; ERP/SAP experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• FMCG, D2C, Retail, or E-commerce experience preferred.
