Job summary

Torrent Electricals Pvt. Ltd. seeks a dynamic Territory Sales Manager in Prayagraj to drive growth across B2B and B2C for wires and FMEG.

You will recruit and manage distributors, retailers, and dealers, map coverage, forecast sales, mentor junior team members, and ensure market discipline.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in Wires/FMEG sales and a bachelor's degree; strong negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.

• 5–10 years of experience in Wires/FMEG sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive top and bottom-line delivery for assigned geography.
• Appoint distributors and stock points.
• Appoint sub-dealers and retailers under the distributors.
• Build steadfast relationships with trade, influencers, contractors, channel partners ensuring market discipline, coverage norms and administration.
• Attend negotiations and close orders.
• Territory mapping and coverage of the region directly as well as through dealers.
• Train executives to upskill them for future TM role.

Objective:

• Conceptualization and deployment of territory strategies aligned with region & country strategy, drive sales across B2B & B2C segments and achieve profitable growth in wires & FMEG business

Key Responsibilities:

• Individual with strong Product Knowledge, Customer Relationship Management, Problem solving skills, Powerful Negotiator, Resource Management, Sales Proficiency, ability to collaborate and mentor junior team members
• Responsible for top and bottom-line delivery for assigned geography
• Responsible for driving market programs and market shares
• Appointing the Distributors and Stock points
• Appointing the Sub Dealer and Retailers under the Distributors
• Responsible for ensuring trade discipline , mix delivery and distribution metrics
• Ensuring market discipline, coverage norms and administration
• Build steadfast relationships with trade , influencers , contractors, channel partners ensuring market discipline, coverage norms and administration
• Attending negotiations & Closing orders
• Responsible for territory's sales forecasting and tracking
• Territory mapping and coverage of the region directly as well as through dealers
• Train executives to upskill them for future TM role

Experience & Qualification:
