Objective:

Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies aligned with regional and national business objectives to drive profitable growth across B2B and B2C segments in the Wires & FMEG business.

Key responsibilities:

• Strong product knowledge, customer relationship management, negotiation, problem-solving, resource management, and sales execution skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and mentor junior team members.

Sales & Distribution Management:

• Drive topline and bottom-line performance for the assigned territory. Execute market development initiatives to increase sales and market share.
• Appoint and manage distributors, stockiest, sub-dealers, and retailers. Ensure distribution efficiency, product mix delivery, and achievement of sales targets.
• Maintain trade discipline, market coverage norms, and territory administration.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with trade partners, influencers, contractors, and channel partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations and drive order closures.
• Prepare sales forecasts and monitor territory performance.
• Ensure effective territory mapping and market coverage through direct and channel sales.

Experience and Qualification:

• 6 to 10 years of experience in Wires/FMEG sales.
