Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Executive - Telecalling & Customer Support.
Responsibilities include handling all PAN INDIA queries, inbound/outbound calls as required, data entry support, providing customer service for classes, sharing accurate schedules for batches, converting inquiries into enrollments, delivering sales pitches, following up warm leads and lapsed inquiries, meeting enrollment/conversion targets, updating CRM with lead status, and sharing regular reports with management.
Responsibilities
- Handling all PAN INDIA queries.
- Taking all inbound calls and making outbound calls as required.
- Helping the team in Data Entry.
- Providing good customer service and solving issues regarding our classes.
- Providing customers with the correct schedule and details for specific batches.
- Making outbound calls to leads to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Delivering compelling and customized sales pitches based on customer needs.
- Following up with warm leads and lapsed inquiries to maximize conversions.
- Achieving set targets for enrolments and conversions as per weekly/monthly goals.
- Updating CRM systems with lead status, follow-up actions, and call outcomes.
- Sharing regular reports and insights with the management team regarding lead quality, conversion patterns, and feedback trends.
Expected Skill Set
- The candidate should be proficient in English – linguistic skills and sentence construction will be checked.
- Ability to converse over the phone in Hindi (if required).
- Computer skills.
- Experience in the call centre industry would be an added advantage (Optional).
- Personality appropriate for a CSR; soft skills will be checked (professional etiquette/protocol).
- Willingness to work overtime as required/rostered (overtime will be compensated with an off or remuneration).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a sales-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively over the phone.
- Ability to value new leads resourcefully and manage them in a systematic way.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MIS reporting (e.g., Excel-based reports, Vlookup, etc.).
- Ability to work in a high-paced, target-oriented environment.
