Overview

• Conduct feedback calls with customers after service completion


• Handle regular service reminder and follow-up calls


• Schedule and coordinate service appointments, if required


• Address customer queries and escalate service-related issues to the concerned team


• Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and feedback reports in Excel


• Coordinate with the Service Department to ensure timely customer communication


• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication


• Complete daily calling targets and maintain quality standards

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Customer Service, or Call Centre


• Experience in the automobile or service industry will be an added advantage


• Basic understanding of English


• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Word


• Good customer handling and interpersonal skills


• Ability to maintain records and work in a team
