Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle is seeking a warehouse/stock controller in Uttar Pradesh to manage FG stock reconciliation, timely dispatch, and FIFO compliance. You will ensure vehicles are fit, maintain proper SAP invoicing and e-way bills, and monitor stock accuracy weekly with finance.

The role requires close collaboration with production, transporters, and the warehouse team. Responsibilities include daily stock checks, ageing analysis, budgeting tracking, and supporting month-end closings.

Responsibilities

• Daily FG stock reconciliation FG stock posting by production verses actual received & get it corrected through production.
• Ensure timely clearance of FG from production area and dispatching goods in best fit type of vehicles as per dispatch plan.
• Ensure vehicles placed are fit for use with respect to dimensions, hygiene and physical condition as per check list.
• Load FG in truck according to defined pattern to avoid in-transit damages.
• Ensure correct documentation in SAP Viz invoicing and e-way bills.
• Ensure color coding, label displays and placement of goods are in place for FIFO and control ageing/obsolescence.
• Carry out weekly/monthly perpetual stock count and reconcile stock with production/finance.
• Track stock in transit and follow up with transporters for delays.
• Regular ageing analysis of FG Stock and escalation for liquidation of aged material.
• Maintain warehouse upkeeps to comply with standards like FSSAI, FSSC, ISO and GWP.
• Plan manpower and shifts; manage OTs.
• Support month closing activity including FG stock audit and post audit reconciliation.
• Create service POs in SAP and verify vendor bills as per contract.
• Monitor warehouse expenses vs budget and analyse variances.
• Participate in sparkle projects implementation.
• Track and circulate Plan Vs Actual Assortment SKUs packing by email.
• Confirm FG in SAP received from FM team and reconcile Challan.
• Ensure availability PI for packing of NPDs and track productivity rates.
• Identify and fix issues in New Assortment SKUs and promos.
• Notify Production about pending slip mails weekly; communicate at closings.
• Cancel slips punched for BOM consumption to ensure stock accuracy at closings.

Role & responsibilities

• To ensure the timely clearance of FG from production area & dispatching the goods in best fit type of vehicles as per dispatch plan.
• To ensure that the vehicles which are placed are fit for use with respect to dimensions of vehicles, hygiene and physical condition as per check list.
• To ensure that loading of FG in truck is done as per defined pattern to avoid the in-transit damages.
• To ensure correct documentation in SAP Viz invoicing and e way bills.
• To ensure that all checks Viz color coding, label displays and placing of goods are in place for the adherence of FIFO and have a control over ageing and obsolescence of material.
• To carry out the perpetual stock count and reconciliation of stock on weekly / monthly basis to maintain stock accuracy and rectify mismatches of stock with production/ finance team, if any.
• Tracking the stock in transit (SIT) and follow up with transporters for delayed vehicles.
• Regular ageing analysis of FG Stock and escalation to concerned function for liquidation of aged material or timely disposal in case liquidation not possible.
• To ensure the upkeeps of warehouse to comply the guidelines of all standards like FSSAI, FSSC, ISO and GWP.
• Basis the quantum of work, carryout the manpower planning and ensure the right manning in shifts and having a control over OTs.
• Facilitate the month closing activity, includes conducting FG stock audit through finance team and carryout post audit stock reconciliation activity.
• Creating service POs in SAP and checking & verifying vendors bills as per contract.
• Tracking of warehouse actual expenses against the budget on monthly basis and analyzed the reason of over and under budgeting.
• To play the active role in implementation of sparkle projects.
• To Track and circulate Plan Vs Actual Assortment SKUs packing on mail.
• To ensure shift basis confirmation of FG in SAP received from FM team and Challan reconciliation.
• To ensure the availability PI for packing of NPDs and track productivity for its rate evaluation.
• To Check and rectify issues related to confirmation of New Assortment SKUs and promos.
• To communicate the pending slip mails timely to Production team after doing slip reconciliation and same to be communicated at weekly closings
• Timely cancellation of slips punched for BOM consumption to ensure stock Accuracy at closings.
