Job summary

Genius Consultants is seeking a logistics and warehouse coordination professional to manage daily dispatch and inward reporting, ensure accurate SAP entries, and coordinate with CFA and transporters. The role requires vigilance in aging stock and timely resolution of billing and compliance issues.

The candidate will handle daily LR updates in SAP, weekly defect reports, and monthly inventory verifications, contributing to smooth warehouse operations and compliance across the distribution network.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating dispatch and inward reports in SAP environment.
• Ability to resolve E-Way bill issues and ensure timely processing.
• Daily updating of LR (Load Receipt) in SAP by CFA/team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and track BBND/Dispatch reports with CFA/Transporter on a daily basis.
• Manage Inward Report daily with CFA and ensure GIT is zero >30 days and resolve IBD/OBD issues.
• Oversee GIT/SIT (Inward-Outward) with stock transfer details and 30-day aging control.
• Produce weekly short/mismatch/defective reports and coordinate with vendors for debit/credit via SAN.
• Coordinate Sales Return/RIN issues with BM/ASM and compile monthly customer escalations.
• Upload and coordinate POS/ POD related reports for Modern Retails and ensure SAP POD status.
• Conduct monthly Inventory management activities and maintain WQP score.

Job description

1. BBND/Dispatch Report-Daily Basis

   1. Tracking with CFA/Transporter for BBND/dispatch report in format.
   2. Resolving issues of E-Way bill on time.
   3. LR Updating on SAP by CFA on daily basis.

2. Inward Report Daily Basis

   1. Vehicle Inward Report from CFA with complete details.
   2. Inward GIT should be ZERO >30 days.
   3. Resolving the issues of IBD/OBD.

3. GIT/SIT (Inward -Outward)- Daily Basis

   1. Inward/Outward GIT/SIT (Stocks Transfer) with Transporter Details/Delivery Status and GIN Number by Receiving Plants.
   2. Inward/Outward GIT/SIT should be ZERO >30 days.

4. Short/Mismatch/defective Report-Weekly Basis

   1. Weekly Basis Report with value for Short/Mismatch/defective materials received in warehouse. Stock should be ZERO >30 days.
   2. Co-ordination with vendors/division/supplying warehouse for Debit/Credit for removal thru SAN.

5. Sales Return/RIN Management-Daily Basis

   1. Co-ordination with BM/ASM for any type of Sales issues.
   2. Monthly customer escalations report.

6. Modern Retails POD -Fortnightly Basis

   1. Uploading MOR/RTV/CSD/E-COMM Invoice report and co-ordination with CFA for uploading of POD in SAP.
   2. Monthly Report of warehouse for POD Status.

7. Inventory Management-Monthly Basis

   1. Internal/External Physical Verification activity by CFA team monthly.
   2. Variation to be nullify within seven days thru SAN after Debit/Credit on the approval of RLM/RFM.
   3. Maintaining Warehouse Quality Performance (WQP) Score Card.

8. Insurance Claim -On Occurred

   1. Proactive Action for arrangement of necessary documents & Intimations in format
   2. Co-ordination for survey
   3. Final Report and documents for closure

9. Warehouse compliances:

   1. Safety & Fire Compliance and Legal & Statutory Compliance.
   2. Ensure all compliance documents, licenses, certificates, and records are valid, updated, and audit ready.
   3. Co-ordinaion with internal stakeholders and external agencies to address and close all audit observations within the agreed timelines.
