Job summary

Alembic Limited in Vadodara is seeking an experienced role to oversee RM indenting, SAP movements up to dispatch, and coordination with supply chain, production, and marketing for timely raw material delivery to FG dispatches.

The role ensures GMP compliance, safety, audit readiness, and accurate stock records, with responsibility for stock verification, regulatory documentation, and data extraction from SAP to other departments.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of RM indenting to every SAP movement & FGS movement upto dispatch.
• Co-ordinate with supply chain/production/Marketing for timely delivery of raw materials to FG dispatches ensuring smooth material flow.
• Responsible for safety, GMP, audit of Rm-FG-SR.
• Overall SAP management and co-ordination with Excise dept & other statutory work.
• Co-ordination with different dept, for Eng/Chemical/Other Mat orders/ receipt/ storage/ dispense.
• Look after non-moving stocks sale/disposal.
• Ensure Fresh/Rec/Spent Solvent Management complaint with GMP, safety, Manufacturing needs.
• Preparation of PR/follow up/Debit note, etc.
• Co-ordinate with Purchase department for timely receipt of Excise documents.
• Regular physical stock verification/record keeping.
• GMP, third party, regulatory, stock audit and Govt doc timely fulfilling.
• Excellent in Inventory Control Management.
• Help in scrap activity
• Help in require data from SAP to related dept.
• Awareness procedure of MA1, MA2, etc govt license activity
