Job summary

Contract Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking a Stores Manager to oversee raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods storage and dispatch. The role includes training staff, ensuring cGMP compliance, and coordinating with QA, production, and supply chain to maintain accurate stock and documentation.

Responsibilities include receiving, staging, and dispatching materials, maintaining SAP records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory audits.

Responsibilities

• Receipt and storage of Raw materials as per AVL.
• Maintain SAP locations with proper segregation and labeling.
• Monitor and log environmental parameters (temperature, RH, pressure) in storage and dispensing areas.
• Weighing balance verification and logging as per SOP.
• RM/PM staging area batch-wise dispense material arrangement.
• Physical stock verification with internal and external auditors.
• Coordinate with Quality control/ Production/QA/Purchase/Supply chain/ Maintenance.
• Maintain proper housekeeping in stores.
• Comply with SOPs to meet US FDA and other regulatory cgmp requirements and audit readiness.
• Review SOPs periodically and attend training.
• Receive Finished goods from packaging daily.
• Enter GRN in SAP after stock verification.
• Dispatch domestics and export goods per packing list.
• Data Logger in Export Consignments and fill required forms per SOP.
• Prepare delivery and tax invoices from SAP for domestics FG.
• Coordinate with Logistics and transporter for dispatch activities.
• Maintain documents per SOP of Finish goods area.
• Inventory maintenance and physical stock taking of FG.
• Barcode printing as per Export Buyer order.
• Record daily temperature in Finish goods area.

Major Purpose of the Job :Management of stores activities for Raw Materials, Packing Materials and Finished goods storage, Dispensing & Dispatch of Raw materials and Finished goods. Training of the staff / workmen at their area of workers as per SOP. To ensure quality and cGMP compliance of the products being manufactured.

Principal Task and Responsibilities

1. Receipt and storage of Raw materials as per AVL.
2. Ensure proper segregation identification and labelling of Raw material & maintain location in SAP.
3. Monitoring and maintain the daily logs of various environmental parameters like temperature, RH, Pressure difference in storage and dispensing area.
4. Verification of weighing balance as per SOP and record the same in respective log.
5. RM/PM staging area batch wise dispense material arrangement.
6. Physical stock verification & stock verification with internal & external auditors.
7. Co-ordinate with Quality control/ Production/QA/Purchase/Supply chain/ Maintenance departments.
8. Maintain the proper housekeeping in store.
9. To work as per SOP to meet USFDA, other regulatory requirements and face various audit for cGMP compliance.
10. To verify & review periodically of SOP as per requirement & attend training programs.
11. Received the Finished goods day to day from packaging department.
12. To take GRN entry in SAP after verifies the same with physical stock.
13. Physical dispatches of domestics and export goods as per packing list.
14. Put the data Logger in Export Consignment and Fill up require form as per SOP.
15. Prepare the delivery and Tax Invoices from SAP for domestics finished goods.
16. Coordinate to Logistic team & transporter for dispatch related activities and dispatches.
17. Maintain all documents properly as per SOP of Finish goods area.
18. Inventory maintain and taking physical stock of FG.
19. Barcode Printing work done as per Export Buyer order.
20. Day to Day Temperature record maintain in Finish goods Area.
