Lehry Brothers - India in Jalandhar is seeking an experienced Warehouse Inventory Supervisor to oversee stores processes, manage stock accuracy, and utilize SAP Business One for inventory entries and reports. You will lead a team handling storage, packing, and warehouse upkeep while ensuring safety and audit readiness.

The role involves daily stock checks, managing 9,000+ SKUs in a 45‑day cycle, and ensuring timely GRN postings.

Responsibilities

• Stores Process & Inventory Management - Ensure proper segregation and maintenance of all stock items.
• Perform routine audits to maintain 100% stock accuracy – both value-wise and movement-wise.
• Packing & Racking Standards - Implement and maintain pallet-size-based location mapping and standard packing methods.
• Follow and monitor barcode-based racking and inventory systems.
• Daily Inventory Checks - Conduct daily stock verification.
• Capable of checking 9000+ SKUs thoroughly in a 45-day cycle and maintaining it continuously.
• SAP BUSINESS ONE - Use SAP Business One for stock entries, inventory tracking, and generating reports.
• Handle Goods Receipt Note (GRN) posting within 24 hours of receipt.
• Lead and manage staff responsible for storage, packaging, and warehouse upkeep.
• Ensure team follows all operational and safety procedures.
• Inward/Outward & Loan Book Maintenance - Accurately maintain records of inward and outward stock movement.
• Track and record loan items – spares, consumables, and assembly production materials.
• Stock Posting and Documentation - Ensure timely and accurate stock posting in system.
• Keep all documentation updated and audit‑ready at all times.
