Job summary

Ethereal Machines is seeking a hands-on supply chain professional to execute daily operations, follow up on purchase orders, track materials, and resolve shortages. You will participate in daily review meetings, update status, and flag execution issues to keep production on schedule.

Coordinate with suppliers on delivery schedules, expedite and confirm orders, and maintain accurate inventory records aligned with the master plan. SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain execution, preferably in components/manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP) for PO and inventory management.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills across suppliers, stores, and production.
• Working knowledge of inventory management and basic MRP concepts.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, daily-execution environment.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Maintain and update supply chain trackers, dashboards, and reports for management review.

Assist in resolving day-to-day execution bottlenecks between procurement, stores, and production.

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years of experience in supply chain execution, preferably in components/manufacturing environment.
