Responsibilities

• Should have experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Screening resumes, sourcing from different platforms, interview line‑up & coordination with HODs to close open positions within due time
• Conducting inductions & orientations
• Experience with an ATS (application tracking system) will be preferable
• Coordination with internal teams
• Should have worked on Junior to Senior level positions
• Go‑getter, positive mindset and result‑oriented
• Should be able to close open positions within the given timeframe
• Assist senior in HR operations as assigned in KRA
