• Ensure that Walplast Tile Adhesives gains traction in the market through aggressive market coverage (reach & penetration). Communicate product quality to clients, trade, builders, contractors, applicators, and architects through repeated product presentations and demonstrations.
• Convince and enable channel partners to invest in and maintain appropriate inventory levels of Walplast Tile Adhesive and allied products by creating awareness and demand through influencers and client activation.
• Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by staying current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Ensure optimal deployment of resources for the desired ROI by appropriately allocating talent, time, and promotion in both ATL and BTL activities for maximum efficiency.
• Meet the company's customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative.
• Conduct regular market research to gain market intelligence, gauge selling possibilities, and evaluate customer needs with a good geographical understanding.
• Ensure complete compliance with the company's reporting requirements in both online and offline formats.
