Job summary

Urbanrise is seeking an Executive / Senior Executive - Presales in Chennai. The role involves proactive outbound tele-sales, converting leads into site visits, and explaining projects to customers. You will work with the sales team to fix appointments and address customer queries.

Weekend flexibility is required, with a target-driven environment. The position requires 5–8 years of experience, fluency in English and Tamil, and a qualification of any degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hardcore tele-sales experience in outbound calls (product selling).
• Preferably from the Real Estate industry.
• Should have worked in a sales target / result oriented environment.
• Should be aggressive and know telephone etiquette.
• Should have very good convincing skills.
• Must possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in English and Tamil or be multilingual.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the target on a daily / weekly basis.
