Urbanrise, a leading real estate developer with operations in Chennai, invites an experienced Tele-sales professional to join our Chennai sales team. You will make outbound calls, convert leads into visits, and coordinate with the sales team to close deals while meeting targets.

We seek 5+ years of hardcore outbound tele-sales experience, preferably in real estate, fluent in English and Tamil, with strong convincing and communication skills. The role may require weekend work.

Formación

• 5+ years hardcore outbound tele-sales experience in outbound calls (product selling).
• Preferably from the Real Estate industry.
• Should have worked in a sales target / result oriented environment.
• Should be aggressive and know telephone etiquette.
• Must possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in English and Tamil or be multilingual.

Responsabilidades

• Make daily calls to the leads provided as per the target.
• Achieve the target on a daily / weekly basis.
• Convert leads to customer site visits.
• Explain our projects in detail to the customers.
• Answer customer queries promptly and co-ordinate with the sales team to fix appointments.
• Address customers' concerns and suggest the respective product.
• Adaptive to work on weekends / rapidly changing circumstances.
