Job summary

• New patient acquisition through Doctor referrals, optical shops, pharmacists, RWAs, educational institutions, diagnostic centre, etc.

Responsibilities

• New patient acquisition through doctor referrals and local stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage corporate tie-ups to generate patient leads and business opportunities.
• Plan and execute eye-care screening camps and ensure lead conversion.
• Track leads, referrals, conversions, and business generated through marketing activities.
• Coordinate with internal clinical and operational teams to ensure smooth patient conversion and service delivery.

Job description

Objective:

To drive business growth and patient acquisition through effective field marketing, development of referral networks, corporate tie-ups, community outreach, and camps. The role is responsible for building strong relationships with referring doctors, optical shops, pharmacists, RWAs, educational institutions, diagnostic centre and other local stakeholders to generate quality patient referrals and support achievement of centre revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• 1.New patient acquisition through Doctor referrals,optical shops, pharmacists,patient references, RWAs, educational institutions,diagnostic centre etc
• 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• 3. Develop and manage corporate tie-ups to generate patient leads and business opportunities.
• 4. Plan and execute eye-care screening camps(RWA/educational institutions/community camps) and ensure effective lead conversion.
• 5. Track leads, referrals, conversions, and business generated through marketing activities.
• 6. Coordinate with internal clinical and operational teams to ensure smooth patient conversion and service delivery.
