Job summary

Maxivision Eye Hospital in Jamnagar seeks a Business Development professional to build and maintain relationships with referral doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to generate patient referrals.

You will plan referral marketing activities, identify corporate tie-ups with companies, institutions, schools, and colleges, and coordinate eye screening camps and awareness programs to increase patient footfall.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to generate patient referrals.
• Plan and execute referral marketing activities to increase patient footfall and revenue.
• Identify and develop corporate tie-ups with companies, institutions, schools, colleges, and other organizations.
• Coordinate and execute eye screening camps, awareness programs, and health camps.
• Plan and implement BTL activities such as health awareness activities, promotional campaigns, local activations, and community outreach programs.
• Visit referral partners, corporate clients, and potential business partners regularly to build and maintain relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits and networking.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of camps, corporate activities, and referral initiatives.
• Track and monitor business development activities, leads, referrals, conversions, and revenue.
• Prepare regular reports on market visits, referral activities, camps, corporate tie-ups, and business performance.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure a positive and professional representation of the hospital while interacting with external stakeholders.
