Job summary

Centre For Sight in Indore invites an experienced sales professional to develop and execute sales and business development strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.

You will drive patient footfall for ophthalmology consultations, surgeries, diagnostics, and other services, while building and maintaining relationships with referring doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, TPAs, and insurance partners.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Hospital Sales / Hospital marketing / Referral Sales / Diagnostic Sales / Pharma Sales.
• Eye Hospital Sales background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Drive patient footfall and increase conversions for ophthalmology consultations, surgeries, diagnostics, and other services.
• Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, and other healthcare partners.
• Identify and develop new corporate and institutional tie-ups.
• Manage referral programs and community outreach activities.
• Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales/business development team.
• Track sales leads, conversion ratios, revenue, referral sources, and other key performance indicators.
• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
