Job summary

• Develop assessment frameworks and conduct pre-training and post-training evaluations to measure learning effectiveness.
• Analyze training outcomes, evaluate ROI, and prepare impact analysis reports to assess program effectiveness.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders for seamless execution of learning and development initiatives.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations to track training metrics and provide actionable insights on L&D activities.
