Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment drives for bulk hiring of Dumper, Excavator, and Payloader Operators.
• Identify, develop, and manage vendors to supply Dumpers, Excavators, and Payloaders.
• Plan and execute large-scale recruitment campaigns to meet operational manpower requirements.
• Manage daily HR activities including attendance, payroll support, employee records, and compliance.
• Maintain healthy employee relations and address grievances effectively.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and maintain proper HR documentation.
• Support line managers in tracking workforce performance and productivity.
• Collaborates Closely with Mining Sites and Business Unit Leaders.
