Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical Engineering.
• 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience in servicing heavy earthmoving/mining machinery (Dumper, Dump Trucks and Excavator).
• Strong command over heavy hydraulics and high-pressure system troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of electronic control systems, engine diagnostics, and auto-electrical systems.
• Ability to read technical engineering drawings and circuit schematics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair advanced hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems of heavy machineries.
• Perform preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance on Dumper, Dump Trucks and Excavator.
• Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, electrical circuit diagrams, and technical manuals to resolve complex equipment failures quickly.
• Assist in the assembly, testing, and commissioning of new SANY mining units at project sites.
• Lead or supervise the overhauling of major aggregates such as engines, hydraulic pumps, control valves, cylinders, and transmissions.
• Work closely with the site operations team to optimize machine health, track breakdown hours, and implement root-cause analysis (RCA) to prevent repeat failures.
• Maintain detailed service logs, failure reports, and parts consumption tracking records.

Job description

NOTE:

• Candidates applying should be currently working in OEM Construction & Mining Machinery. (Dealer company experience will not be considered).
• Candidates should have minimum 1 year of experience in the current company (On-roll basis only).

Key Responsibilities

Core Focus (Construction Equipments): Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair advanced hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems of heavy machineries.

• Fleet Maintenance: Perform preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance on Dumper, Dump Trucks and Excavator.
• Troubleshooting: Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, electrical circuit diagrams, and technical manuals to resolve complex equipment failures quickly.
• Commissioning & Testing: Assist in the assembly, testing, and commissioning of new SANY mining units at project sites.
• Component Overhauling: Lead or supervise the overhauling of major aggregates such as engines, hydraulic pumps, control valves, cylinders, and transmissions.
• Site Support: Work closely with the site operations team to optimize machine health, track breakdown hours, and implement root-cause analysis (RCA) to prevent repeat failures.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed service logs, failure reports, and parts consumption tracking records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience in servicing heavy earthmoving/mining machinery (Dumper, Dump Trucks and Excavator).
Technical Expertise:
Strong command over heavy hydraulics and high-pressure system troubleshooting.
Good understanding of electronic control systems, engine diagnostics, and auto-electrical systems.
Proficiency in reading technical engineering drawings and circuit schematics.
Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, problem-solving under pressure at remote site environments, and clear technical communication skills.
