Job summary

Ame Infralogistics in Odisha seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of dumpers, loaders, excavators, and other heavy equipment to keep operations running smoothly.

You will lead maintenance staff, ensure safety compliance and regulatory adherence, optimize equipment utilization to at least 95%, and manage spare parts inventory and vendor coordination while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of dumpers, loaders, excavators, and other heavy equipment.
• Implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and reduce breakdown frequency.
• Maintain at least 95% equipment utilization through planning and resource allocation.
• Lead and mentor maintenance staff, technicians, and operators.
• Ensure safety standards, statutory requirements, and environmental regulations are followed.
• Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and supplier coordination to avoid delays.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, breakdown reports, and utilization metrics.

• Team Leadership: Supervise and guide maintenance staff, technicians, and operators to achieve operational goals.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory requirements, and environmental regulations.
• Inventory Control: Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination to avoid delays.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, breakdown reports, and utilization metrics.
