Job summary

Gokaldas Exports in Bengaluru, India, seeks an experienced textile production coordinator to manage costing, sourcing, and inventory in line with quality and cost parameters. You will coordinate with suppliers and buyers, ensure line plans meet delivery timelines, and supervise sample dispatch to ensure on-time shipments.

The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to maintain quality standards and delivery performance across the production cycle.

Responsibilities

• Costing, sourcing, and inventory management of fabrics, accessories, and packing materials per quality and cost targets.
• Knowledge of fabric types, trims, seams, washes, thread consumption, chemicals, lab tests, embroidery, printing, and quilting.
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Closing FOB/wash approvals with buyers before production.
• Obtaining line plans from factory to meet buyer delivery dates.
• Sending production samples for timely shipments.
