Qualifications

• Experience in apparel merchandising and sample development.
• Ability to plan and coordinate production timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with buyers for order confirmation, sample approvals, and feedback.
• Develop samples (proto, fit, PP, and shipment) with design and production teams.
• Conduct product costing and negotiate prices with buyers.
• Plan and monitor production timelines to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Liaise with production, quality, fabric, trims, and logistics departments.
• Ensure product specifications and quality standards are met.
• Maintain T&A calendars and inform stakeholders.
• Track order status from development to shipment and post-delivery analysis.
• Communicate and resolve issues with vendors, suppliers, and production units.
• Stay updated with market trends, fabric developments, and competitor analysis.

• Track order status from development to shipment and post-delivery analysis.
