Ryan Logitech Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a Sales Support & Coordination professional to assist the sales team with freight quotations, proposals and service presentations. You will liaise with operations, pricing teams and overseas agents to gather accurate rates, maintain client records, and support follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed shipments.

The role requires 1–5 years in sales coordination within freight forwarding (air and sea) and knowledge of INCOTERMS.

Role & responsibilities

Sales Support & Coordination

• Assist the sales team in preparing freight quotations, proposals, and service presentations.
• Coordinate with operations, pricing teams, and overseas agents to gather accurate and competitive rates.
• Maintain and update sales databases, client records, rate sheets, and CRM platforms.
• Support follow-ups on quotations and convert leads into confirmed shipments.

Customer Interaction & Relationship Management

• Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to pricing, shipment status, and service offerings.
• Provide timely updates and communicate proactively to ensure high service levels and client satisfaction.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Logistics Coordination

• Liaise with internal departments (Customs, Transport, Warehousing) to ensure accurate information flow and smooth operations.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate documentation requirements for freight forwarding, customs clearance, and other logistics services.
• Coordination with Over-Seas Agent Offices
• Coordination with Air & Sea freight, Import and Export Departments.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare sales reports, performance summaries, and forecasting data for management review.
• Ensure accurate documentation is shared with clients and internal teams.
• Support the preparation of agreements, contracts, and service-level documents.

Skills & Qualifications

Educational Background

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Professional Experience

• 1-5 years of experience in sales coordination / Inside Sales / Sales Support in the field of freight forwarding for Air and Sea Freight.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding(Air/Sea), INCOTERMS.
