Loom Solar Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across South Indian states. The role focuses on Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana, with emphasis on proactive sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other channels.

You will screen, interview, and coordinate with managers to close openings efficiently, while maintaining a strong local candidate network and ensuring timely onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in South Indian recruitment/hiring.
• Ability to handle all hiring requirements independently, especially for South Indian locations.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam is required.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and bulk hiring.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Role & responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and all hiring activities across South Indian states/regions.
2. Handle complete hiring for candidates across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.
3. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
4. Handle South India hiring with a strong focus on candidates proficient in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam.
5. Conduct initial screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, and selection processes.
6. Understand regional talent markets and effectively source local candidates.
7. Maintain candidate databases, recruitment MIS, and hiring trackers.
8. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions as per business needs.
9. Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain hiring TAT.
10. Manage offer roll-outs, joining follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
11. Build and maintain a strong candidate network across South India for current and future hiring requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have experience in South Indian recruitment/hiring.
• Ability to handle all types of hiring requirements independently, particularly for South Indian locations.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in any South Indian language Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam is required.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and bulk hiring simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
• Strong candidate networking and relationship-building skills.
