Job summary

Loom Solar Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple positions with a focus on South Indian states. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, and drive offer processes in collaboration with hiring managers.

You will understand regional talent markets, maintain recruitment MIS, and ensure timely closure of roles while handling multiple openings simultaneously, including onboarding coordination.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in South Indian recruitment/hiring.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
