Job summary

Human and Emotion Learning (H&E Learning) is seeking an Executive Recruiter to support our growing talent acquisition needs in Kolkata. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, screen candidates, source profiles through portals and LinkedIn, and coordinate interviews to ensure smooth onboarding.

This role suits freshers and early-career HR professionals who want exposure to multiple recruitment functions within an EdTech and consulting environment, with opportunity for hands-on growth in Talent

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; HR degrees preferred (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, MBA/PGDM).
• 0–2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition; freshers may apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn and MS Office/Google Workspace advantageous.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Executive Recruiter to support our growing talent acquisition requirements.

The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, identifying suitable candidates, sourcing profiles through multiple channels, coordinating interviews and ensuring timely onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Recruitment & Talent Sourcing: Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions across the organisation. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals and other recruitment channels. Identify and screen suitable candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.
• 2. Interview Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Communicate interview feedback and selection updates.
• 3. Recruitment MIS & Documentation: Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports. Track interview status, selection ratios, offer releases and joining status. Support onboarding coordination and pre-joining formalities.

Eligibility & Desired Skills

• Graduate in any discipline. BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc or MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Freshers with a strong interest in HR can also apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and candidate screening.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn and MS Office/Google Workspace will be an advantage.

Compensation

Annual CTC: ₹1,20,000 – ₹1,80,000

Compensation will be based on the candidate's skills, experience and interview performance.
