Job summary

Vashi Electricals in India is looking for a procurement professional to create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in ERP/SAP MM, verify pricing, quantities, GST/HSN codes and delivery schedules, and confirm vendor details.

The role collaborates with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure timely order execution, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and approval matrices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Purchase Order processing and procurement operations.
• ERP/SAP MM experience preferred.
• Good MS Excel skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
