Signode India Limited in Rajkot (Gujarat) seeks an Executive - Operations to run punching/printing/stitching lines, oversee production productivity, and ensure machine uptime. You will coordinate with Sales to schedule work, monitor maintenance, and manage materials and inventory while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires a Diploma in a relevant field, strong communication, and 5+ years of experience in wood/corrugated processing machinery. Occasional travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Diploma graduate with 60%+ in academics.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in production/operations.
• Strong verbal communication and clear, customer-centric communication.
• Experience with wood and corrugation processing machinery is preferred.
• Exposure to printing, punching, stitching, corrugation or related manufacturing equipment is an advantage.

Position Summary:

The Operation Executive responsible for Running Punching / Printing machines/ Stitching machines , thus ensuring overall Production / Productivity.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day production and shop-floor operations.

2. Ensure efficient operation and maximum uptime of production machines.

3. Plan production schedules in coordination with the Sales team.

4. Ensure timely preventive and routine machine maintenance.

5. Manage raw materials, inventory, WIP, and stock requirements.

6. Allocate manpower and supervise operators for optimal productivity.

7. Ensure product quality, inspection, and process compliance.

8. Maintain high standards of people and machine safety.

9. Ensure compliance with ISO, OHSAS, 5S, EMS, and housekeeping standards.

10. Support product/production costing and cost-control activities.

11. Experience with wood, corrugated packaging, pallets, cartons, or related processing machinery is preferred.

12. Exposure to printing, punching, stitching, corrugation, or similar manufacturing equipment would be an advantage.

Candidate Profile:

Qualification & Certification (if applicable)

Diploma Graduate (Preferably Mech, IP, Auto, Electronics).

Good academic records, 60 % & above all academics

At least 5+ years of relevant experience
