Job summary

Tega Industries Limited is seeking an Engineer/Executive for Blasting & Cementation at our Dahej Plant. You will drive production planning, supervision, and continuous improvement to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

You will lead a team of supervisors and operators, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and optimize resources to achieve production targets while controlling costs. 5+ years of relevant experience is preferred.

Purpose & Role of the Position

Purpose-. To ensure the seamless, efficient, and cost-effective operation of production processes. This role focuses on maintaining high product quality, optimizing resource use, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Additionally, the/she drives continuous improvement initiatives, aligns production activities with the company's strategic objectives, and fosters a culture of innovation and excellence within the production team.

Roles & Responsibilities.

Planning and Scheduling:

• Develop and oversee production schedules to meet company goals and customer demands.
• Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, quality control, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.

Supervision and Leadership:

• Lead and manage the production team, including supervisors, technicians, and operators.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor production metrics such as output, efficiency, and quality.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet specified standards.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address and resolve any quality issues.

Resource Management:
