The role focuses on updating job data in Meridian, ensuring SOP compliance, processing invoices, and tracking shipments to meet customer requirements while maintaining high data quality.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of Freight forwarding and Logistics operations experience.
  • Graduate degree required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and transport management applications.

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain job-related data in Meridian and prepare the required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and customer-specific requirements.
  • Receive job files from the Operations team and update all relevant information in Meridian.
  • Create jobs in Meridian and ensure all required details are accurately captured.
  • Prepare customer invoices in Meridian and send them within defined timelines.
  • Maintain and organize all required documents in the job file.
  • Enter vendor debit note details in Meridian for processing by Accounts.
  • Upload and maintain all relevant documents in Meridian.
  • Follow SOPs and process requirements for applicable tasks.
  • Handle nomination business and ensure timely completion of related activities.
  • Prepare and send pre-alerts to consignees as required.
  • Monitor and track shipments until vessel arrival.
  • Coordinate and complete operational activities per KPIs and customer requirements.
  • Ensure timely completion and data quality of assigned tasks.

  • Follow specific instructions and process requirements as outlined in the applicable SOPs.
  • Handle nomination business and ensure timely completion of all related activities.
  • Prepare and send pre-alerts to consignees as required.
  • Monitor and track shipments until the vessel reaches the destination.
  • Coordinate and complete all operational activities in line with defined KPIs and customer requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks while maintaining data and documentation quality.
Job Requirements
Experience And Qualifications
  • 3 years of demonstrated experience of Freight forwarding and Logistics operations
  • Any Graduate.
  • High standard of computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications and relevant transport management applications.
