Asian Paints is seeking a retail visual merchandising professional to drive retail execution and manage panel installations across a defined geography. The role includes coordinating production, installations, and vendor partnerships to ensure brand-aligned displays and timely delivery.

The candidate will develop planograms, manage logistics, and document commercial hygiene while reporting to the retailing manager. Experience in agency negotiations and cross-functional collaboration is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure panel installation at dealer stores within defined geography.
• Manage stock, dispatch, and installation timelines for retail displays.
• Coordinate local installers to enable product installations.
• Prepare and share monthly retailing reports and SOP guidelines.
• Identify and onboard local vendors for panel installation and store coverage.
• Develop cost effective display concepts and adapt for various stores.

Job Purpose

• Manage one Division completely and report to retailing manager

• Products selection and planogram preparations
• Agency contracts and negotiations
• Cross-Functional team & vendor Partnerships are considering stores retailing.
• Managing Visual display standards as per the retail guidelines

Job Responsibility

Retailing Execution

• Ensuring panel installation at dealer stores in defined geography.
• Maintaining and managing panel stock at the distributor basis plan received from sales team.
• Ensuring that the panels are dispatched and installed within 15 days of dealer opening.
• Enabling product installation at the sub dealers through local installer.
• Sending report on retailing every month.
• Creating a detailed SOP guideline for retailing execution to be shared with the teams and vendors.
• Adaptation of design for different category of stores, introducing new display elements
• Execution of the stores in area.
• Ensuring timelines are met for execution- Receiving request to final handover.
• Coming up with cost effective solutions for the design.
• Handling Exhibition, dealer meets and Product launches Retailing display

Market visit and reporting

• Visiting the market to understand specific issues and suggesting solutions.
• Visiting all the customized stores, pre and post installation.
• Visiting all the vendors once every quarter for process improvement and finding new solutions.

Commercial hygiene and reporting

• Creating and releasing POs within 1 day of approval
• Maintaining Expense and Budget tracker report
• Ensuring vendor bills settlement.
• Maintaining Retailing tracker and all the relevant trackers

New Vendor Identification

• Identifying local vendors in each state for product and panel installation.
• Planning the local installers team and their route basis each month's request.
• Identifying and setting up new vendor with capability to service area within the suggested timelines
