Job summary

Shoppers Stop in Navi Mumbai seeks a skilled Visual Merchandiser to design and execute focal points and window concepts that align with brand standards. The role requires budgeting, vendor coordination, and collaboration with Marketing for in-store campaigns.

The candidate will plan, create storyboards, manage VM events, and train staff on display presentation. Experience with planograms and mannequin/prop maintenance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Knowledge of planogram implementation and compliance within retail spaces.
• Ability to manage and track VM budgets and costs.
• Vendor liaison, evaluation, and audits for VM elements.
• Creativity in designing window displays and in-store storytelling.
• Strong communication skills for training retail staff on VM standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Focal Points & Windows in stores.
• Conceptualising design and execution of focal points.
• Budgeting VM activities and monitoring costs.
• Ensuring focal points comply with the planogram.
• Negotiation and sourcing of VM vendors and materials.
• Conceptualising and designing storyboards for Windows in the Store.
• Event management and planning for VM during store events.
• Liaison with Marketing for in-store communication & events.
• Maintenance of Mannequins and VM props/elements.
• Documentation of VM activities and budgets.
• Vendor management and conducting vendor audits.
