Candidates should have 5–10 years in visual merchandising, strong design sense, and leadership ability to drive store performance through compelling layouts and trade plan execution.

• Plan and implement visual merchandising strategies for regional stores.

• Train and guide store staff on VM best practices and layout design.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize layouts for high-traffic areas.
