• Complete Store Operations, Performance management, team work in the store.
• Maintain all relevant reports to keep track of the progress level.
• Ensure Planning & Availability of the stocks.
• Adherence to SOPs.
• Deliver the right mix of products and services.
• Visual Merchandising.
• Collect accurate & timely market intelligence & trends.
• Handling team reviews & team briefings.
• Ensure deliveries & adherence to store audits.
• Handle escalations on priority.
• Create a healthy environment.
• Lead the team by example, with attention to business details.
