Job summary

Asian Paints Limited is seeking a field sales/operations-minded professional to identify market potential for project sites, inspect locations, and propose sampling to convert sites into customers. You will negotiate orders and monitor ongoing service at each site.

You will focus on strategic accounts and geographies to expand market share, and drive influencer engagement with loyalty programs and product trainings to boost lead conversions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, index and review market potential of Project sites at segment level (Geography and Key Accounts).
• Conduct site inspections based on leads and make proposals including sampling to convert sites.
• Negotiate, finalize and execute the site orders as per proposals.
• Monitor project sites at regular intervals and ensure essential services are provided with warranty.
• Focus on specific key accounts, segments, geographies and products to gain market share.
• Encourage influencers’ participation in loyalty programs and create product awareness through trainings and track lead conversion ratio.
• Prepare and circulate reports like index sheets within defined timelines and reconcile dealer accounts for smooth settlements.

Reports and Processes

• Prepare and circular relevant reports like index sheet as per defined timelines
• Follow applicable processes and documentation while performing various site level and specific transactions
• Reconcile the dealer account at regular intervals and ensure smooth settlement of payments including outstanding dues

Integration

• Integrate with Retail, Services, Commercial and Marketing function for lead sharing, site-specific support or any other operational issues
